Indigenous Artist & Cultural Educator

I’m Jude Jarrett, a proud Gumbaynggirr woman, and every brushstroke, every workshop, every gathering I create is a way of sharing the stories of my Country and my people. Through my art, I offer a window into my world, a world rooted in the timeless connection to Country, culture, and the wisdom passed down from those
who walked before me.

As an artist, I’ve had the honour of contributing to exhibitions, creating large murals, and crafting commissioned pieces that honour both traditional and modern practices.
But it’s the moments where people truly connect to the stories behind the art that touch my heart the most. When I see someone understand, feel, or be moved by what I share—whether it’s in a workshop, a mural, or an intimate cultural
experience—I know the power of art and culture to heal and transform.

My mission goes beyond art. It’s about creating safe spaces for learning, reflection, and connection. Whether through cultural competency training, workshops, or retreats, I guide others in discovering the beauty and depth of Indigenous practices.
My aim is always to help you feel, not just learn—experience the rituals, the wisdom, the healing that has been passed down through generations.
This work, for me, is deeply personal. It’s about healing, not just for my people, but for everyone who walks alongside us. Through these shared experiences, I hope to help foster a deeper understanding, compassion, and respect for the land, the culture, and the stories we hold so dearly.

Together, we can bridge cultures, tell stories, and honor the wisdom of those who
have gone before us. My heart is open, and I invite you to join me on this journey of
connection, healing, and celebration of our shared humanity.
